The Liv Thrive 3 is a sporty fitness bike for ladies who want to go for a fast and yet relaxed ride.This Thrive is almost as fast as a road bike, but with more comfort.
The Thrive 3's frame is made of lightweight aluminium. The lightweight aluminium ensures its a strong frame with efficient power transmission. The women's saddle and relaxed posture make it possible to keep going for hours.
The shifting is all Shimano. The same parts can be found on road bikes, showing of their quality. Another plus is that this Liv Thrive has an 11-34 teeth cassette. This climbing cassette makes it possible to take this fitness bike to the mountains if so desired. The hydraulic disc brakes come from mountain biking and give a lot of braking power that is also easy to control. This is great for descents or when you have to make an emergency stop in heavy traffic.
The rest of the parts are made by Giant themselves and are lightweight and pleasant to ride. The saddle and handlebars are composed in such a way that they fit women's anatomy.
