* Mantel uses PostNL for the delivery of your order. It may happen that a parcel is not delivered the next day by PostNL. With the Track & Trace data you receive from us by email, you can see what the delivery status of your parcel is. ** It is possible that a delivery day is already full. In that case, choose the next convenient delivery day. |
Bike Delivery
- After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with which you can start planning the delivery of your bike.
- PostNL Extra@home delivers from Tuesday up to and including Saturday. We do not deliver to the Wadden Islands.
- As soon as your bike is ready for shipment, you will receive an invoice by email containing the Track & Trace data. This will allow you to track the shipment of your bike. On the delivery day a 3-hour period will appear in the Track & Trace information. PostNL Extra@home can also send you a text message in the morning.
- On the agreed day PostNL Extra@home will bring the bike and make it ready to ride.
- Sports bikes are delivered without pedals.
- Also ordered parts and/or accessories? We will ship them as soon as your bike is ready for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email with track & trace details as soon as we ship your order.
Everything you order from Mantel can be picked up at one of our Superstores. Due to opening hours, the time at which parts & accessories can be picked up at our Superstores varies.
Choose your own pick-up day
When placing your order, you can choose your own pick-up day. On the day you selected, your order will be ready for pick-up from 1:00 PM onwards at the store you chose.
Pick up at a different time
From the day you selected, your order will be kept in our store for 7 days.
Cancellations and returns
Are you less enthusiastic about your order once you see it in the store? No problem, you can cancel your order while you’re at the store for pickup. You will receive your refund within 3 working days on the account with which you paid.

Pick-up at Budbee
- You can pick up your parcel the next business day from 15:00 hrs
Orders placed after22:00 hrs on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday can be picked up on Monday from 15:00 hrs. - Your parcel will be held at the pick-up point for 1 week. After that, Budbee will return it to us.
- The shipping confirmation will show how many parcels you can pick up.
- Bring the pin code when picking up your order. Budbee will send an email with the pin code when the parcel is in the locker.
Exceptions
Large products, such as bikes, wheels, or bike carriers, unfortunately, cannot be picked up at a Budbee location. You can pick these up at one of our stores or service points.
Returns
Mantel only sends parcels to lockers with Budbee. For a return, you can choose between PostNL or use another carrier on your own accord.

Pickup at PostNL
- You can pick up your parcel the next working day from 15:00 hrs onwards.
Orders placed on Fridays after 22:00 hrs, Saturdays or Sundays, can be picked up on Mondays from 15:00 hrs. - Your parcel will be left at the pickup point for 1 week. After that PostNL will send it back to us.
- In the shipping confirmation you will see how many parcels you can pick up.
- You can only pick up your order yourself. Bring proof of identity with you when you pick up your order.
Have you moved or would you like your order to be delivered to a different address? You can easily change your address in your Mantel account.
Have you already placed an order? Then quickly call our customer service. We will then check if we can still change the address for your order.
Tracking your order can be done via the Track and Trace service provided by PostNL. Click here for the PostNL website and fill in the tracking number. You will find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation we sent you by email or in your account with the order in question.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the PostNL delivery driver will follow the delivery preferences you have set, such as an alternative location or alternative address. Have you not set any delivery preferences? Then the package will be delivered to your neighbors or to a PostNL Point. In the PostNL app or with your Track & Trace code you can see where you can pick up the parcel.
You can track your order via PostNL's Track and Trace service. Click here for the PostNL website and enter the tracking number. You will find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation we sent you by email or in your account under the relevant order.
