Mantel Exchange Service

To make use of the exchange service, contact us within 30 days of receiving your bike. You can do this by visiting one of our Superstores or by calling our customer service.

In a Superstore

Take your bike to one of our Superstores and indicate that you would like to use the Mantel exchange service. Together with one of our specialists, you can look for an alternative bike that suits you better and discuss the costs involved in this service.

Telephone

  • Call to customer service: 026-3230809 and inform them of your interest in the Mantel Exchange Service.
  • We will then create a return order for your bike.
  • We will ask you to specify the 'problem'.
    • Your body tells you this wasn’t the right choice.
    • You already hate the colour.
    • The bike simply doesn’t ride well.
    Taking this information as well as your requirements into account, we will try to find an alternative bike for you.
  • We will discuss the costs involved in this service.
  • You send us pictures of your bike so we can make an initial estimate of the costs.
  • Extra@home will come to collect your bike.
  • As soon as your bike has been delivered to us we will assess its state.
  • We will arrange the refund or send you a link for the additional payment.
  • We will send the new bike to you.
