Description

The Trek 1120 is the most ultimate bikepacking and offroad trekking bike you can imagine. With 'standard bikepacking' you'll often notice that your bags aren't stable enough or your tyres can't handle the higher weight on tricky trails. That's why the Trek has taken the Stache as a base for the 1120. And has cleverly designed carriers on top of it. So the bike and luggage feel stable when cornering. The 29-inch wheels with 3-inch wide tyres always give a lot of grip, control and comfort. Because the large tyres offer extra damping, you don't need a suspension fork either. This is ideal for a trekking bike. A suspension fork needs maintenance and is always more vulnerable than a fixed fork. The frame and front fork have extra mounting points for bottle cages. So everything is possible. The dropper post gives you that little bit of extra control in descents.
