With the Contessa Addict 15, Scott has developed a fantastic road bike that absolutely catches the eye. With its sleek frame, electronic shift system and hydraulic disc brakes, it is ready to ride at high speeds with you.
The core of the Scott Contessa Addict 15 is its carbon frame, which is lightweight and stiff for excellent handling. The cables run through the frame, where they are well protected from rain and dirt. This road bike comes with women-specific parts with the aim of ensuring a comfortable ride on short and long distances. It also comes with a carbon fork, which absorbs vibrations and shocks from the road surface effectively.
Electronic shift system
For gear shifting, this Contessa road bike has Shimano's new electronic 105 Di2 group, which ensures instant and accurate gear shifting even in tough conditions. The road bike comes with 24 gears and an 11-34 cassette, which provides a wide range to allow you to ride at your preferred cadence when climbing in the mountains; you may well pass other cyclists on your way up! On the descents, you can rely on the Contessa's hydraulic disc brakes, which deliver powerful braking performance in good as well as bad conditions. These disc brakes are also easy to modulate, allowing you to take every corner with confidence.
