Pros & Cons

Pros & Cons

  • The durable rubber compound makes this tyre very suited for rough terrain, such as uneven roads or gravel paths.
  • The tubeless setup results in even lower rolling resistance.
  • Available in the widest sizes.
  • As the focus of this tyre is on puncture resistance and durability, it has somewhat more rolling resistance.

Good tyres.

- Robin 27 November 2025

Very satisfied with these tyres. They were not difficult to fit at all, and rolling resistance is also very good. I can't say anything bad about these.

Pros & Cons

easy to mount (28 mm)
puncture-proof
runs well

Highly recommended

Already my 3rd set. This tyre meets all my expectations. Ideal for grading in summer and on the road in winter. Never had a puncture. Contrary to other reviews, I have no problems getting this tyre on the wheel provided the right technique is used. I myself am of the heavier type and with other brands, I don't even get half the mileage I achieve with these tyres. Meanwhile, this tyre is on my gravel and road bike.

Pros & Cons

durable
good gravel tyre for summer
never a flat tyre
solid winter tyre
tubeless
no longer available in 35mm

Good puncture resistance, difficult assembly

- Robert 16 October 2025

Had I known how laborious the fitting would be, I would not have bought the tyre. Just changing a tyre on the road is quite a task.

Pros & Cons

Also compatible with inner tube mounting
High puncture resistance
In any case on racing rims with an inner width of 13.5 mm (DP18)
Very difficult to fit and remove

A robust puncture-resistant tyre at great value for money.

- Rob 28 April 2025

I have already worn out several copies of this tyre (size 32 mm, with inner tube). This order replaces my previous tyre, which served 14,000 km as a front tyre without significant wear. After that, the tyre served as a rear tyre for another 4,000 km to ride it up. So now it needs replacing after a total of 18,000 km, without having suffered a single puncture. I deliberately choose this tyre because they are proven puncture-resistant and also well suited with hardpack gravel paths, which I ride over quite frequently. Even abroad (Italy, France) with the requisite bad road surfaces, these tyres perform perfectly. With some tread profile on the sides of the tread, they also offer sufficient traction in corners. The tyres may be a bit heavier, have a bit more rolling resistance and are therefore not the fastest. But for me, this does not compensate for all those years without a puncture. Tyres you can rely on, then! In terms of price/quality they are OK, especially if you get the occasional interesting offer. In general, I have no problems with fitting. If you keep the edge of the sidewall well in the middle of the rim tape, you put it on relatively easily, without too much effort. I also have no complaints about the looks of these tyres.

Rode both the Tour of Flanders and Paris - Roubaix on this tyre. Great tyre, providing great comfort and even traction on the cobbles. I now use them for my training sessions on the road, because of the comfort
