Payment through Fietsplan / WKR

You can pay your order through “Fietsplan” (Bicycle Plan) or “WKR” (Expense Allowance Scheme). All you have to do is find out exactly which scheme is in place and what your spending limit is.

Step 1: Ask your employer

Ask your employer whether you can purchase a bike within the Bicycle Plan or Expense Allowance Scheme and, if so, what your spending limit is. It is up to your employer to decide whether they will do the administration themselves or hire an intermediary such as NFP or FiscFree.

Step 2: Choose your new bike

Check out the range of bicycles we offer and select one. If it exceeds the maximum amount allowed through the Bicycle Plan or Expense Allowance Scheme, you pay the additional cost yourself. This amount can be paid directly to us.

Step 3: Payment

Currently there are three ways to pay for a bike with a Bicycle Plan or Expense Allowance Scheme:

  1. Your employer transfers the invoice amount to us.
    • You select a bike.
    • You submit your order/quotation to your employer.
    • Your employer transfers the amount to us.
  2. You pay the invoice and submit it to your employer.
    • You select a bike and pay the invoice.
    • You submit the invoice to your employer.
    • Your employer repays you.
  3. Your employer has hired an intermediary (NFP or Fiscfree) for the Bicycle Plan or Expense Allowance Scheme.
    • Ask your employer how to proceed.
For all three options it is important that you should insert your order number in the payment description upon making the payment so that we can easily find your payment.

Step 4: The fun part!

As soon as the payment has been completed by the employer / intermediary and processed by our administration (usually within five business days after payment) we will send you a link to a schedule. Now that the finances are in order you can select a date to come to our store and pick up your new bike or to have it delivered at home by PostNL.

Important information about FiscFree administration costs

As of April 2, 2025, FiscFree will increase their administration fees to 10% of the purchase amount. To maintain our Lowest Price Guarantee and still offer you the best deal, we will process these costs in a new, transparent way. This way, you continue to benefit from Mantel's advantages without extra costs when picking up your bicycle.

How exactly does it work?

The FiscFree administration costs will now be partly or fully processed into the gross-net benefit of your monthly bicycle lease amount, depending on the discount on the bicycle.

  • Bicycle with more than 10% discount:

    If the bicycle is already offered with an attractive discount of more than 10% compared to the recommended retail price, we will pass on the FiscFree costs in the registration price. This means that the registration price with FiscFree will be slightly higher than our store price, but this ensures your benefit and means you don't have to pay anything extra upon delivery.

    Example: A bicycle of €3000 (recommended retail price) with a store price of €2500 (more than 10% discount). The registration price with FiscFree will then be €2777, whereby the administration costs (€277) are processed into your monthly lease amount.

  • Bicycle at the recommended retail price:

    Are you buying a bicycle at the recommended retail price? Then we will fully cover the administration costs.

  • Bicycle with less than 10% discount:

    When a bicycle has less than 10% discount, you pay the administration costs up to the recommended retail price via your gross-net benefit. We will cover the remaining part of the administration costs.

    Example: A bicycle of €3000 (recommended retail price) with a store price of €2800 (less than 10% discount). The registration price with FiscFree will then be €3000. €200 of the administration costs will be processed into your lease amount, the remaining €111 will be covered by us.
