Cube has developed a versatile MTB in the Cube Aim SL. Whether you ride on asphalt or unpaved roads, you can have a lot of fun on this bike.
If you're looking for a bike to discover off-road riding on, then the Cube Aim SL is highly recommended.
Cube has designed a light and sleek aluminum frame for this mountain bike. The cables run through the frame, so that they are well protected against damage. The RockShox fork with lock-out allows you to adjust your suspension travel while riding. This is very useful when you alternate paved and unpaved roads. On the asphalt you need much less suspension than during your unpaved rides. Furthermore, this frame offers the possibility to mount a dropper post. This allows you to lower the seat post while riding, which is ideal for steep descents.
Durable parts
With a 2 x 9 Shimano drivetrain and a large cassette, cycling up steep slopes is easy. When you are up there, you also want to go down safely. The Cube Aim SL has hydraulic disc brakes which have excellent stopping power and good performance in the wet. The Schwalbe Smart Sam tyres offer a lot of grip and they are suitable for both off- and on-road riding.

Super nice bike

In the meantime, I've ridden 100 and they were fun miles. Bike runs nice and light. Brakes very well.
