Description
The Cube Aim EX is an excellent mountain bike if you want to discover cycling on unpaved roads.
Adventurous kilometers guaranteed
With the Cube Aim Ex you can ride many challenging kilometers. The mtb is well assembled and has a good suspension fork. In short, off-road cycling fun is guaranteed.
If you would like to start mountain biking and combine on- and off-road, the Cube Aim Ex is definitely a good choice.
The mountain bike has a very neat frame. The cables run through the frame, so that the cables are well protected against splashing dirt. For that extra bit of comfort, a Suntour front fork has been mounted. An extra advantage that this front fork has is the lock-out. With a lock-out you can alter the suspension yourself. Suspension is very essential on dirt tracks, but on tar it makes energy transfer inefficient. With a lock-out you can therefore cycle as efficiently as possible on both paved roads and gravel paths.
Shifting and braking
This bike features the Shimano Deore gear group. This gear group is often mounted on mountain bikes for beginners and advanced, because you can shift reliably and smoothly. In addition, this group also lasts for a long time. With this MTB you have access to 10 gears and a wide range cassette. On technical descents, you can rely on Shimano hydraulic disc brakes. These hydraulic disc brakes provide an enormous amount of braking power, even when the weather conditions are bad.
Tyres
The tyres on this bike are Schwalbe's Smart Sam tyres. These tyres are excellent for the combination of paved and unpaved cycling. These tyres also have a long lifespan and they provide a lot of grip.
