With the new Continental TopContact Winter II, Continental has used their expertise as a leading manufacturer of winter tyres for cars, to create the TopContact Winter II bike tyre.
The profile convinces you optically of its excellent grip. Thanks to the profile structure the TopContact Winter II offers you extra grip. Its profile is build up out of small fins that continue till the shoulder of the tyre. This makes the TopContact II Winter secure for winter.
The special composition of rubber for winter conditions is the foundation for success, coming out of the winter tyre for your car. With dry conditions the grip will be similar to the original Topcontact or Contact tyre, but with wet conditions (rain / snow) the grip will increase by more than 30% to 50%.
