The Vredestein Aventura Core is a genuine all-round gravel tyre developed and manufactured in the Netherlands. While the interlocking tread pattern ensures good grip and low rolling resistance, the two rows of shoulder studs do the work when cornering. This combination of knobs gives you plenty of stability and feedback while cycling. Although being classified as an all-round gravel tyre, the Aventura Core thrives on all kinds of surfaces, from asphalt and gravel roads to grass and loose forest soil.
TriComp technology
Vredestein already applies TriComp technology to its road bike tyres and now, with the Aventura, also uses it for the gravel segment. Thus, the Aventura has different rubber compounds on the tread and shoulders: The tread uses a harder compound for low rolling resistance, and the shoulder studs feature a soft rubber compound for more cornering grip. In short, thanks to TriComp technology, the Vredestein Aventura Core tyre is a true all-rounder.
Tubeless ready
The Aventura Core gravel tyre can be used tubeless or with an inner tube. With a tubeless set-up, you have lower rolling resistance and more comfort and grip. And you can ride with lower tyre pressure, which allows the tyre to flex more, increasing grip on loose surfaces and dirt roads. The Aventura also features the Sportex Protection Layer (SPL) for added puncture protection, which greatly reduces the chance of a flat tyre, especially in a tubeless setup.
