According to the product specialist

Pros
With the special Powerstrap Velcro closure you can easily and quickly adjust the shoe to the shape of your foot.
The full carbon sole makes the shoe feel extremely light and stiff.
The Microtex upper of the shoe is supple yet provides sufficient support for the foot.
The Powerstrap velcro closure wraps around the foot like a ribbon, offering an excellent fit and very high wearing comfort.
The R5 nylon outsole is reinforced with carbon, for the perfect balance between comfort and performance.
The synthetic leather with mesh structure creates a comfortable fit and breathability.
This cycling shoe can be adjusted well with the 3 wear-resistant Velcro straps.
The nylon sole is reinforced with fibreglass, which ensures better power transfer.
The wear-resistant and wide heel pads provide more stability.
The full-carbon insert on the sole provides excellent power transfer.
The shoe moulds itself to the arch of the foot for excellent support.
Sturdy upper to improve performance.
Minimal risk of overheating feet, thanks to the mesh inserts.
The asymmetric wire distributes pressure evenly across the instep.
Cons
The full carbon outsole can feel a bit stiff when you are not used to it.
With the powerstraps the shoe can be adjusted with slightly less precision than with a double BOA closure.
The power transfer to the pedals is not as good as that of a shoe with a full carbon sole.
In terms of shoe adjustment, Velcro straps are less effective than dial fasteners.
Two dial closures would have made the fit even more precise.
Because of the good breathability you need an overshoe in the winter.
