Dankzij de achtergrondverlichting kan je de fietscomputer ook in het donker gebruiken.
Na 5 minuten gaat de kilometerteller in slaapstand, zodat de batterij langer meegaat.
De fietscomputer maakt een nauwkeurige schatting van je aankomsttijd (ETA klok).
Je kan de wielmaten van twee fietsen instellen, en zo een gegevensprofiel van beide fietsen bijhouden.
De BC 16.16 communiceert met je smartphone, zodat je na de rit je gegevens kan inzien.
