It is not possible to reserve products online or in our stores.

What can I do, then?

You can check online whether a product is in stock online and/or in one of our stores, and then plan a trip to our store.

If you want to be a 100 percent sure that the product is still available when you come to the store. You can order the product online and pick it up in our Superstore or Service Point. You can then examine the product and make sure that it is the right one for you.
