Pros & Cons
Pros & Cons
- Extremely high-quality finished frame with a perfect balance between low weight and aerodynamics.
- Internal cable routing through the upper headset bearings for a gorgeous and tidy look of the bike.
- With high-quality components: CeramicSpeed headset bearings, a UDH derailleur hanger and a carbon fork and seatpost.
- Extensively tested for optimal aerodynamics in the wind tunnel at Silverstone.
- With a SRAM UDH derailleur hanger, the frame is compatible with the latest SRAM drivetrains.
- As there is no space for gear shift cables through the headset, an electronic groupset has to be mounted.
- The frame has a 32 mm tyre clearance, so wider tyres will not fit.

The lightweight and uncompromising CIMA MGK Team frame offers the perfect foundation for ambitious cyclists. Combining an aggressive geometry with an optimised aerodynamic profile, this bike cuts through the wind effortlessly. The result is a versatile and tightly-handling all-rounder that is ready to perform at the very highest level of competition.
Aerodynamic and fully race-ready
In addition to the UCI-approved frame, this complete kit includes the fork, a 380 mm seatpost with 10 mm offset and all essential hardware. The aerodynamic design has been tested in Silverstone's wind tunnel and optimised to minimise drag. The cables run internally through the upper headset spacer, ensuring a tidy cockpit. As the spacer is designed exclusively for brake lines, the frame is only compatible with electronic groupsets. Weighing just 650g in size M, the MGK Team frame is one of the lighter frames on the market. To ensure this sharp and active handling in every size, Evolve uses three different bottom bracket drops and two forks with varying offset across the range.
Sophisticated carbon lay-up
The CIMA's impressive weight-to-power ratio is due to a clever blend of three carbon fibre types that increases overall frame stiffness by as much as 12%. The extremely strong T1100 fibre is used at junctions that require highest tensile strength. This is complemented by T800 carbon, which provides an ideal balance between stiffness and durability. For the required top stiffness, high-modulus M40 carbon is added. The result is a robust, responsive and ultra-light frame that accurately converts pedalling power into forward speed.
High-end build specifications
When it comes to the product's finish, top-notch components have been chosen. As standard, the frame set includes high-quality CeramicSpeed SLT headset bearings. These have an extremely long service life and are virtually maintenance-free, eliminating any disadvantage of wear caused by internal cable routing. A reliable and creak-free BSA threaded fit has been chosen for the bottom bracket. The derailleur hanger is a universal SRAM UDH model, which makes finding a replacement (part) for it very easy worldwide. The construction is completed with matching thru-axles.
Optional Kreuza cockpit
Complementing this frame is the optionally available Kreuza cockpit. Made from stiff T800 carbon, this aerodynamic handlebar keeps the bike's overall front weight extremely low. The thoughtful design has a subtle flare in the drops, where the material bends slightly outwards, increasing stability and steering control on fast descents and in explosive final sprints.
