Pros & Cons
Pros & Cons
- Extremely high-quality finished frame with a perfect balance between low weight and aerodynamics.
- Internal cable routing through the upper headset bearings for a gorgeous and tidy look of the bike.
- With high-quality components: CeramicSpeed headset bearings, a UDH derailleur hanger and a carbon fork and seatpost.
- Extensively tested for optimal aerodynamics in the wind tunnel at Silverstone.
- With a SRAM UDH derailleur hanger, the frame is compatible with the latest SRAM drivetrains.
- As there is no space for gear shift cables through the headset, an electronic groupset has to be mounted.
- The frame has a 32 mm tyre clearance, so wider tyres will not fit.

The Evolve CIMA Rewind featherweight frame set is the highly efficient foundation for any cyclist. With its sleek geometry, it cuts through the wind effortlessly and offers stable and highly responsive handling at high speeds. The set can be used for top-level racing without further adjustments!
Aerodynamic and fully race-ready
This complete set consists of a UCI-approved frame, a fork, the necessary hardware, and a 380 mm seatpost with a 10 mm offset. The design has been aerodynamically optimised using the results of wind tunnel tests at Silverstone. All cabling runs internally through the top headset spacer, making for a very tidy cockpit. As the spacer is designed exclusively for brake lines, the frame is only compatible with electronic or otherwise wireless groupsets; a mechanical groupset simply does not fit. Weighing just 650g in size M, the Rewind frame is one of the lighter frames on the market. To ensure sharp handling in every size, Evolve uses three different bottom bracket drops and two forks with varying offset across the size range.
Sophisticated carbon lay-up
The Rewind's efficient weight-to-power ratio is due to a clever blend of three carbon fibre types that increases the frame's stiffness by 12%. The super strong T1100 fibre is used at junctions that require high tensile strength. This is complemented by T800 carbon for the right balance between stiffness and durability. For the required top stiffness, high-modulus M40 carbon is added. This combination results in a robust and responsive frame that directly and effectively converts pedalling power into forward speed.
High-end build specifications
As standard, the frame set includes high-quality CeramicSpeed SLT headset bearings. These have an extremely long service life and are virtually maintenance-free, eliminating any disadvantage of wear caused by internal cable routing. The bottom bracket uses a trusted BSA thread for stable and creak-free mounting. Mounting the rear derailleur goes smoothly thanks to the integration of the universal SRAM UDH derailleur hanger. Finally, matching thru-axles are also included in the set.
Optional Kreuza cockpit
The optionally available Kreuza cockpit is a seamless aerodynamic addition to this frame. Made of stiff T800 carbon, this handlebar keeps the front of the bike remarkably light. It has a subtle flare in the drops, where the material bends slightly outwards. This detail provides significantly more stability and maximum steering control on fast descents and in explosive final sprints.
