If your employer has a partnership with FietsvandeZaak, you can purchase your new lease bike at Mantel.
How does the process work?
- You order your new bike, either online or in-store.
- Select ‘Fiets van de Zaak’ as your payment method.
- After placing the order, your employer must approve it.
- Once approved, you will receive an email allowing you to choose your delivery date.
- On your chosen day, you can pick up your new bike.
Yes, your bike is fully insured against theft and damage, including roadside assistance via Amtrust. All claims are handled by Van Ameyde. These costs are included in the price.

While many lease providers require a mandatory service package, FietsvandeZaak has opted not to. The benefits for you as an employee:
- Lower monthly costs.
- You can go to any bike repair shop, even if they are not affiliated with Fiets van de Zaak.
- You are allowed to perform your own maintenance.
- Maintenance is adjusted to your usage. If you cycle less, your maintenance costs will also be lower.
