The parts/accessories will be delivered on the same day as your bike.
* Mantel uses PostNL for the delivery of your order. It may happen that a parcel is not delivered the next day by PostNL. With the Track & Trace data you receive from us by email, you can see what the delivery status of your parcel is.
** It is possible that a delivery day is already full. In that case, choose the next convenient delivery day.

Bike Delivery

  • After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with which you can start planning the delivery of your bike.
  • PostNL Extra@home delivers from Monday up to and including Saturday.
  • As soon as your bike is ready for shipment, you will receive an invoice by email containing the Track & Trace data. This will allow you to track the shipment of your bike. On the delivery day a 3-hour period will appear in the Track & Trace information. PostNL Extra@home can also send you a text message in the morning.
  • On the agreed day PostNL Extra@home will bring the bike and make it ready to ride.
  • Sports bikes are delivered without pedals.
  • Also ordered parts and/or accessories? We will ship them as soon as your bike is ready for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email with track & trace details as soon as we ship your order.

Everything you order from Mantel can be arranged for pickup at one of our stores. Due to their opening hours, the pickup time of parts & accessories varies between our Superstores & Service points.

Order with bike

In addition to the order confirmation you will receive a scheduling email. With this email you can plan the day you want to pick up your bike in our store.
Keep a close eye on your mail! An ordered bike can be picked up at the same time as your ordered parts or accessories. We can not pre-assemble these on your bike.

Order without bike

Due to differing store opening hours, the time you can expect to pick up your order of parts & accessories varies.

  • Superstores

    If you place your order before 22.00 hrs on Mondays to Sundays, you can pick it up the following day from 12.00 hrs and on Mondays from 13.00 hrs.

  • Service points

    If you place your order on Monday to Friday before 22.00 hrs, you can pick it up the following day from 12.00 hrs. Orders placed on Friday after 22:00 hrs, Saturday or Sunday, can be picked up on Tuesday from 12:00 hrs.

Cancel and return

Are you less enthusiastic about your order once you see it in the store? No problem, it is possible to cancel your order when you come for pickup. You will receive the purchase amount within 3 working days on the account with which you paid.

Pickup at PostNL

  • You can pick up your parcel the next working day from 15:00 hrs onwards.
    Orders placed on Fridays after 22:00 hrs, Saturdays or Sundays, can be picked up on Mondays from 15:00 hrs.
  • Your parcel will be left at the pickup point for 1 week. After that PostNL will send it back to us.
  • In the shipping confirmation you will see how many parcels you can pick up.
  • You can only pick up your order yourself. Bring proof of identity with you when you pick up your order.

Have you moved or would you like your order to be delivered to a different address? You can easily change your address in your Mantel account.

Have you already placed an order? Then quickly call our customer service. We will then check if we can still change the address for your order.

Tracking your order can be done via the Track and Trace service provided by PostNL. Click here for the PostNL website and fill in the tracking number. You will find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation we sent you by email or in your account with the order in question.

Then PostNL will deliver the parcel to the neighbours or to a PostNL location nearby. The driver leaves a message with a 'not at home code'. With this code you can see on the website or via the App of PostNL where you can pick up your parcel. Your parcel will be stored at the PostNL location for 1 week. After that PostNL sends the parcel back to us and we process it as a return.

Reschedule the delivery date?

With PostNL's 'Not-At-Home Code' you can schedule the delivery of your package on a different day or address.
