The Shimano XT M8100 12 speed rear derailleur is relatively light, durable and shifts very smoothly. This derailleur incorporates the same technology as the XTR rear derailleur. This XT derailleur has a much better price point however!

Unfortunately had a big branch in the cage of my old derailleur. After a long search, unfortunately I could not get a complete set to replace the entire cage. (Shimano NL does not deliver in the Netherlands). So unfortunately a nwe. Easy assembly and adjustment. Runs like clockwork again.
