Cut-out and weight saving
The SLR Carbon Superflow saddle features an extra-large cutout in the centre of the saddle. It is available in Selle Italia's S3 and L3 sizes to meet the individual needs of cyclists, and is specifically designed for road bike use. The carbon saddle shell and carbon saddle rail contribute to optimal power transfer and the saddle's very low weight.
With a semi-rounded back, this saddle is highly suitable for people who rock their hips a bit while cycling, giving them the support as well as the freedom of movement they need. Compared to its predecessor, the back has been slightly flattened to achieve optimal weight.
Agility
This saddle has an S shape, i.e. it is raised at the back and lowered in the middle. As such, it allows cyclists who lack spinal flexibility to still sit in a sporty cycling position.
Cut-out
This saddle has a recess and provides pressure relief for riders who are prone to experience pressure on the seat.

Great
Before this, I had the Selle Italia SLR Boost Superflow 145mm (basic version). But I couldn't adjust the saddle forward enough. So discovered the new version, and ordered the Advan in 130 and 145mm and the carbon version 145mm. The advan has 100% the same rails as its predecessor. So I wasn't with that. And the 130mm is much less comfortable for me. Really a world of difference. The carbon version does have longer rails that allow you to adjust your saddle about 1.5-2 cm more forward. This was exactly what I was looking for. The saddle is also very comfortable. At least as comfortable as the Advan.

Best race saddle so far.
User of the previous model and after so many years and thousands of Km´s I decided to get the newer version and push the old one to the training bike. Best saddle so far.
