The jar now holds 200 ml of Assos Chamois Crème to allow you to enjoy even more long bike rides without chafing or skin irritation.
The Assos Chamois Crème should be applied directly onto the skin before heading out for a bike ride. Try to avoid applying it to intimate areas. It is also recommended to apply a thin layer of cream to the chamois of your cycling shorts / longs after every wash. This will help to maintain its suppleness, elasticity and antibacterial properties.

Excellent Chamois Creme
The cream is relatively expensive to buy, but economical to use - and most importantly it does for what it stands for. Since using it, I have no more saddle sores - excellent ! Furthermore, any spots in clothing are easily removed during washing.

You immediately feel it does its job, and it helps!
Used for the first time on a, for a MTB-er, monster 168km ride. When training for around 100km, also already hefty rides, I started to suffer. Up to open wounds. So on the monster tour (Vrijthof-Vrijthof for those in the know) I used it for the first time. It works! Of course there are sensitive spots. But much less and definitely no wounds. For me a top product to recommend.
