The Assos Chamois Crème should be applied directly onto the skin before heading out for a bike ride. Try to avoid applying it to intimate areas. It is also recommended to apply a thin layer of cream to the chamois of your cycling shorts / longs after every wash. This will help to maintain its suppleness, elasticity and antibacterial properties.

The best chamois cream on the market.
I have been using the Assos Chamois Crème for many years now. Actually since I bought my first racing bike in 2009. I have tried other brands over the years, but Assos remains the reference. A must for anyone who does a lot of kilometres. Unfortunately, as is often the case, quality comes at a price.
