Pickup at DPD Points

• After finishing up your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace link.
• The email also shows you how many parcels have been sent to you.
• The Track & Trace link shows when your parcel has reached the pickup point and how many packages are waiting for you.
• You can only personally pick up your order.
• Bring your ID when picking up your delivery.

Did you move or would you like your order to be delivered to a different address? You can easily edit your address in your Mantel account.

Already placed your order? Quickly give our customer service a call. If your parcel isn’t ready to be shipped yet, we can still change your address.

You can track your delivery via DPD's track & trace service. We’ll send a shipment confirmation email including a tracking link and number. Click this link to view where your parcel currently is.

You can also find the tracking number in your Mantel account under the respective order.

On public holidays such as New Year's Day, Easter, Ascension Day, Whitsun, National holidays and Christmas, delivery is usually a day later. For more information, for example on regional holidays, please check the websites of our delivery companies. In exceptional cases, the delivery of your order may be delayed. Use the Track & Trace link in your shipping confirmation to track your delivery online!

If DPD is unable to deliver your order on the first go, there are a number of options. DPD can deliver the parcel to the neighbours or they can send it to the nearest DPD Pickup Parcelshop. You can pick up your parcel there. Your parcel will be held for 7 days. After that your parcel will be sent back to Mantel.

Using MyDPD you can select your preferred delivery time and location prior to the first delivery attempt.
