Good bike, dramatic delivery, cooperative service

- Rami, 24 January, 2023

After delivering a bike 2x that was not properly assembled, the 3rd was fine. Mantel does accommodate me but all would have been unnecessary (had to block a day up to 5x to pick up a bike one time and deliver the other) if the 1st bike had been properly checked. Mantel responds quickly and solution oriented but yes, you are 1 month away from getting your working bike. Because of this experience I will never order a bike online again and I don't think with Mantel either.

Pros & Cons

Light
Looks tough
Ticking cable in frame sounds fragile/cheap

Beautiful bike, very fleet and agile, the shifting group lacks a bit of speed on less technical sections

Pros & Cons

Beautiful design, nice bike
Rides smoothly, shifts very well
Standard pedals mounted on delivery
If you ride a lot of gravel the MTB is a bit too slow

nice, not too heavy bike for all terrains

- Leo, 24 February, 2022

I find the handlebars too wide, which means that one day on the singletracks you come dangerously close to the trees with the handlebars, 10 cm narrower I would find more pleasant

Pros & Cons

rides well
shifts smoothly
wide handlebar
