Good product but could be fine-tuned
Fine trainer. Very handy even in summer when you have less time. The whole family can use it to change the height of the saddle instead of the whole bike.

Outdoor cycling experience but indoors!
Construction kit was assembled in no time (2 men) using the instructions (with drawings) provided. It doesn't get any closer to cycling outside, what an experience! You forget you are inside. Bike is very quiet and shifting gears is just like the real thing. Really great device.

quite an investment but worth it.
the bike is delivered neatly packaged, and assembly is no problem. this does require two people because of the high weight of the bike. Do read both manuals for tips. Cycling experience is very realistic, especially with the films from the tacx app

Received email from Mantel that a Tacx Bike Smart was in stock. Next day it was already delivered. Works perfectly. Really nice experience that you have to shift gears yourself and feel the ground on the bike.

Very dissatisfied
Immediately after installation problems with the fans and after 3 months the v-belt broke. Are probably still too many teething problems in the bike and will continue to be developed for a while. After some online research, I found out that I am not the only one and that the v-belt is a common problem. So quite regret the purchase.
