Initially easy to mount and quickly on my way. Unfortunately, my cassette appeared to jam and the chain ran after me when holding the pedals still. Remedied by fitting the supplied spacer ring. The manual did not comment on this (different cassette). All's well that ends well. In the meantime I did the first rides; great experience with realistic road handling.

After a Flux2 which I enjoyed for years +50000 Km. And then gave up the ghost, I was able to buy a new one at a greatly reduced price via an offer from Tacx. On installation and use, this device did not work as expected. Sent it back and got my money back. Decided to go for the Neo2 after all and certainly did not regret it. Should have done so earlier.

Buy Tacx neo 2 2850

Many hours of fun have been had by now. Can recommend the trainer to everyone. You do need to buy an ANT+ antenna for a stable connection with your laptop. A pricey machine, though.

Injured and operated on cruciate ligaments a month ago, I do my physio and strengthening in conjunction with this home trainer. Rehabilitation is taking place with a smile and the wonder of the scenery!

Received 1 week ago, used only 1 time when the weather was not suitable for a workout and perfect.

The sensations of road rendering, climbs and descents are very realistic. What's more, unlike traditional rollers, the downhill sections allow you to recover, which is a real plus. For getting back into shape or riding when the weather doesn't allow it, for effective training or simply if you prefer to stay at home, this is the ideal home trainer. Finally convinced. What's more, with Tacx Training, you can travel the world... What else?

I am absolutely thrilled and would buy the roller again at any time.

It's an excellent home trainer, with a very realistic feel both in terms of resistance and the feel of the wheel (vibration depending on the surface). One small negative point: the power cable, which seems fragile and too exposed to knocks. Personally, I unplug it after each use. This home trainer is excellent and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

I have had several roller trainers and the Tacx is the best I have ridden.

Great product - I previously had a Tacx Flux S, which didn't stand up to my training, so I switched to the Tacx Neo and am very happy. The curve incline function and simulation of uneven ground are very cool additional functions. In addition, the smart trainer allows for very structured and varied training, which is ideal for preparing for competitions.

A trainer that meets expectations perfectly. After the smooth installation with Mantel's video, it was quickly connected to Zwift. Great help from Mantel's service department as the body needed to be replaced to compatible for Sram 12 speed.

Super quiet. No calibration necessary. Fit the cassette, mount the bike and off you go!

I was skeptical of smart trainers until I got the Tacx. It feels pretty close to riding on a road, and can even simulate different road surfaces. The integration with zwift work perfectly. My only complaint is that even though it folds up, it's still hard to move. Also, make sure you buy a fan!

The product was what I expected, the Mantel service gave me good advice on how to buy the product, delivery was very fast, it's the first time I've ordered from this site and I'm not disappointed, I recommend it because you can trust them.

Packaged assembled, so ready to start after mounting cassette! Unfortunately no Tacx app manual, so not all functionalities are known yet. Sprinting (standing) is almost impossible due to lack of rubber dampers. I haven't really discovered the "smart" thing about this trainer yet.

Meets more than I expected. I had a genius smart, but this Neo 2 smart is of a very high standard in comparison. With 10 minutes after installation I was on my bike. A Compliment to Mantel is also in order because I enquired first and they were able to indicate exactly what the difference was between the T2850 and the T 2875. It was clear to me that the T2850 was enough for me. I have been cycling on it for 3 weeks now on average 3 times a week. Sufficient choice in the premium for the training sessions I need to cycle Le Marmotte in the summer. Top simulation that corresponds well to real rides in the Alps. Definitely recommended for cyclists who are (still) hesitating about buying an indoor trainer. Do it, you won't regret it.

I used to have a tacx genius and it made a lot of noise and the tyre slipped when you were climbing but this one is nice and quiet and is just like real when you are climbing
