"Old" quality at low price
These pedals are basically the former xt's from a few years back. The ones I had ran out after 7 intense years, and now bought crack the same ones. Only that these are no longer sold as xt's, because the xt's got an update. These pedals are then a lot cheaper than the updated xt's anyway.

Good quality pedals that do what you expect
As a new user of SPD pedals, it took some getting used to. Best to start was opening the pedals to the maximum to easily click in. One advantage of these pedals is that you can also reasonably use them with regular shoes if you need to one time. As a starter at least, I can't think of any immediate downsides with these pedals, they do what you expect and seem strongly built.

Great set of pedals. Only weight is not super

Very solid, but not featherweight
For those not looking for a featherweight bike, this is an excellent, solid and very affordable pedal.

Goede kwaliteit, zoals verwacht
Prima pedalen. Al jaren weinig aan veranderd, behalve de prijs. Die is (bij alle winkels trouwens) een stuk hoger geworden.

Fine pedals
Fine pedals, but given the extra cost might as well have chosen the M520.
