Lots of bike for a great price
Are you looking for an electric bike that offers good performance at a relatively favourable price? Do you want to take your new e-bike on nice recreational rides, but also experience the practicality of a good city bike? Then the Pegasus Solero EVO 9 is definitely worth a look.

The mid-drive motor
The Pegasus Solero EVO 9 has a powerful Bosch Performance Line mid-drive motor and a 400Wh battery. No hill is too tough for the 65Nm strong motor and with a maximum range of no less than 140 kilometres, you'll be able to make nice, long trips.

Good shifting and braking performance
On the Solero EVO 9, you have access to a 9-speed derailleur drivetrain. This makes the electric hybrid bike nice and sporty to ride and great for touring over hilly terrain. Derailleur drivetrains suffer more wear, as dirt can get to them, but they shift very nicely. Also special in this price range are the Tektro hydraulic disc brakes. Lots of braking power and good performance in bad weather characterise this type of brake. On this e-bike, good, sporty performance is therefore a confidence.

Comfortable touring
When it comes to comfort, the Pegasus Solero EVO 9 leaves you little to be desired. Indeed, a suspension fork and 47mm wide tyres know how to overcome the nastiest bumps with no problem. In addition, the frame geometry is such that you have a comfortable riding position, where you sit upright. In fact, only a suspension seatpost would make this e-bike even more comfortable.

Completely equipped
You'd love to jump on your new electric hybrid bike and ride away. Then it's a good thing the Solero EVO 9 is well equipped. With a stable carrier, mudguards, a stand, lights and a bell, you'll have everything you need for your first ride. Maintaining battery
If possible, charge your battery at room temperature. In freezing temperatures, we recommend taking the battery indoors.
Do not store the battery empty. If you plan not to use your e-bike for a longer period of time, we recommend keeping the battery around 60% fill around room temperature. Recharge the battery from time to time (once a month) to ensure its longevity.

Maintenance of chain parts and brakes
We recommend regular cleaning of the chain and derailleur for optimal longevity and efficiency. We recommend cleaning the hydraulic disc brakes as little as possible, as contamination with grease and detergents can be detrimental to braking performance. If you want to clean the rotors, we recommend doing so with a dry sheet of kitchen paper. When doing so, try not to touch the rotors with your fingers.


Having the right tyre pressure is important. Having the wrong tyre pressure can lead to punctures, increased wear, damage to the rim at low pressure and uncomfortable riding. For most e-bikes, tyre pressure is about 3.5 to 6 bar. You can always see on the side of your tyre what the pressure of your bike tyres should be.
