This rear derailleur has an additional spring. Thanks to this spring, the derailleur moves much less when riding on bumpy roads. Also, thanks to Campagnolo's 3D Embrace Technology, the derailleur is even better aligned below the cassette. This makes shifting faster and smoother. In addition, the extended cage now allows you to fit an 11-34 cassette. This allows you to cross the highest mountains smoothly.
