The brand new BMC Kaius 01 Three is a very high-performance gravel bike made for arrow-fast rides on all types of roads.

High-end frame
The Kaius 01 Three is based on a very sleek-looking carbon frame in which all cables are beautifully integrated and concealed. Also around the handlebars. The steep angles make for direct steering behaviour, but the somewhat longer wheelbase and certainly the low bottom bracket also make the gravel bike very stable at high speed. The "gravel-tuned" carbon lay-up and the D-shaped seatpost offer great comfort, keeping you fresh for longer on long and fast rides. There is enough tyre clearance on the frame and fork to fit 45 mm tyres.
Wireless gravel parts
The Kaius 01 Three comes with a SRAM Rival eTap AXS drivetrain. This wireless electronic drivetrain is specially designed for gravel bikes.
It allows you to shift quickly and smoothly through its 24 gears in any condition. The 30/43 crankset and the 10/33 cassette have an optimal gravel-racing ratio and will make sure you are can always find the right gear for you preferred cadence. Naturally, this bike is fitted with hydraulic disc brakes, which are known for their enormous braking power and excellent modulation, even in wet or muddy conditions.
Tubeless riding
The carbon rims on the BMC Kaius 01 Three are obviously tubeless-ready. Tubeless riding lowers rolling resistance and reduces the risk of punctures. The wheels are fitted with fast 40 mm wide gravel tyres by Pirelli. These have low rolling resistance and excellent puncture resistance. On really loose and soft surfaces, however, these tyres may fall a bit short in terms of grip.
