A wide range of technologies and materials have gone into creating these cranks. The crank arms are made from hollowed out aluminium, the axle is made of steel, and the chain rings are a combination of composite and steel. 1x11, 2x11, or 3x11, Boost versus non-Boost- anything is possible with these cranks.
