The Ritchey WCS Streem Blatte road bike handlebar has a flat top surface and therefore offers both aerodynamic and ergonomic advantages. Thanks to the large contact surface, this handlebar provides a well-balanced pressure distribution and is comfortable to hold. The handlebar also bends backwards (backsweep), which gives an even more comfortable hand position. The position of the shifters (reach) and the depth of the brackets (drop) is comparable to other handlebars in this segment. The positions are more sporty than on a road bike handlebar that is fully geared towards comfort, but you can place your hands comfortably enough to cycle long distances.

Sleek, no-nonsense handlebars
Very nice handlebar that I bought following the tip to determine your handlebar width based on the distance between my shoulder heads. Going from 44 cm to 38 cm makes a huge difference in comfort and speed. The handlebars and little UCI detail have a sleek finish, and the combination with the matching stem is fantastic. The internal cable routing is tighter than on other handlebars, and routing your brake cables through this requires a bit more patience.

Already had the Streem III, but put this one on the new bike. I like it very much. Just not recommended for internal cable routing, the holes really seem way too small to me for that (Wasn't planning on it myself anyway). Especially on top of the handlebars a lot more comfortable for me than the thin handlebars. Drops could maybe be a little longer.
