Visibility and therefore my safety during the day are important to me. Top rear light!

Satisfied with the product, its operation and value for money. Only flaw, it could be made compatible with all ANT+ devices, rather than having only BT and one proprietary control device.

Meanwhile, is my 2nd rear light from Trek. Replaced the first one because the battery didn't work long enough.

A mega powerful top light for the price.

The Trek Flare rear light is not an accessory, but my personal life insurance on two wheels. Installation? Easy as pie. Removal? Sometimes a little effort - but W40 and I are a well-rehearsed team. Charging is still possible with the old-school connection, but it doesn't matter: the main thing is that drivers look at the road again instead of their mobile phones thanks to my lightshow. Not a recommendation to buy - a recommendation to buy. Visibility wins, every time.

As expected is very small, light and fits perfect on the seat post under the seat. Is very well seen at long distance. Feel much safer using it

A must-have for every (road bike) rider. Since I've been wearing this light at every opportunity (flashing of course), everyone realises that I'm riding there. I go much further when overtaking. Riding without it > really tired of life

The battery lasts longer than expected, the light intensity is amazing.... I particularly like using it as a daytime running light on my bike.

I already have the previous model, but this light tops it again! Very good visibility even in the sunshine, the battery lasts a really long time and the light fits on every one of our bikes.

Suitable for giving a little visual strength in the face of cars coming up too fast behind. A real difference.

Great compact light. Very nicely concealed with Blendr on a Trek saddle. Nice that you can connect to your Garmin Edge with ANT+. Only downside is that it charges with Micro USB and not USB C.

I've been thinking and searching for a long time to find a lighting solution that works automatically on a road bike and looks good. The solutions from competitors are very expensive and also don't look nice. This light is very inconspicuous, tiny but very powerful! How this little thing can hold a battery for so long is a mystery to me. The pairing with the Wahoo bike computer went smoothly, you can switch on the light manually by hand, from the bike computer with a button or automatically and switch modes. Unreservedly recommended!

This little rear light, with its distinctive flashing pattern, makes for greater safety: other road users pay more attention, and it's noticeable.

I've tried a lot of rear lights but this one is really the best, very small but very powerful, the beam can be seen from very far away in broad daylight.

The battery life is sufficiently long. The different modes and adjustable brightness ensure that you are always clearly visible. Highly recommended if you ask me.

Bought this rear light for my new Bontrager helmet which had a Blender mount for this. This light is very bright so can be seen from a long distance. The different modes are handy to save battery.

The Flare RT is the best rear light in a long series of different models that I have tried over the years. The high brightness means you can be seen from afar, even on a bright day. Even in the brightest setting, the battery lasts at least 3.5 hours (longest ride so far, 4.5 hours is specified). Not cheap, but worth the money. I bought another one for my son straight away.

The best rear light I know, visible from afar for every driver. The weak point is the fact that the charging connection is still a micro USB. This calls its durability into question in the long term.

Top product. The first drive, a motorist immediately said "nice light, I could see you from 1km away, nice man!". Cars also really overtake you with more space between them. I really feel a lot safer, even during the day.

I use this device on the road when I join my mountain bike area. Really efficient, a friend who was following me was surprised by the lighting power. Certainly fragile in the event of a fall, but in this situation, it's not just him. I'd recommend it. Remember, if you're mounting it on a mountain bike with a telescopic saddle, to take the option of mounting it on the saddle.

Good light very compact and well finished. Connected without problem to the Garmin and can be controlled from it. The light promises to see you further than necessary (2 kilometers). The battery well and if it gets dirty easily washable. However, it has some drawbacks. The load is by microUSB, something old and. It only comes with a hitch of the brand, if it breaks or you lose it badly, it does not bring the classic easily replaceable rubber bands. On the other hand, if you plan to attach it to a rack, saddle or any other place than the seatpost, I doubt it will fit well. The provided attachment is by and for the seatpost.

Find it important to be seen by motorists, even during the day, which succeeds with this light! Battery life is gone after a year of daily use! If you charge a Garmin computer it makes contact itself and the light is flashing all over and is not charged in the morning, small flaw but can be set via the app. Had the previous model also and this one was good too, button is broken after 2 years though.

The power of the bontrager even in daylight induces a reflex in most motorists that increases their alertness and often causes them to slow down. The light, I think we all know it: magnificent. The fact that it is controlled from the Garmin gives it that point of "postureo" that perhaps serves so that we do not forget it in the exits. All are "Pros" except the price and usb charging. The problem with these devices may come from the sealing. The plastic cap that covers the usb, is the least bad of the possible solutions ... but perhaps you could think of a charger without electrical contact (Qi) or with sealed contacts (such as potentiometers and clocks). As long as this is not the case, enjoy it and take care of it.

First saw this set on a Trek at a bike rental in the Ardennes. At the time I thought they were too expensive. But finally bought the lighting set at home. Top material! I use these both as day lights and when it starts to get really dark. The best compliment was that a car slowly drove past me to ask what kind of lights these were. He himself was also an avid road cyclist and he saw me riding at such a great distance that he was immediately sold! Perhaps the price is a small hurdle, but in the end every euro is worth it.
