Ordered the nobby nic 29x2.25 super ground in the speedgripp variant. The tire Performs well, super grip no matter what terrain. No quirks runs without imbalance and for the price here, just top immediately again. For shipping I can only say really great that if you order before 22:00 he is still shipped the same day.

High-grip XC tyre
Bought Nobby Nic tyre to replace my front tyre (Racing Ralph). After a MTB accident, I wanted to rebuild confidence a bit. So I opted for a tyre with a bit more grip. Well, it has! I have ridden a few times in fairly wet and slippery conditions and this tyre doesn't budge. You can ride through corners with confidence again! Fitting the tyre in combination with the WTB rim I have was quite a challenge. I think the stiff wall of the tyre is partly to blame, but the rim will also have played a part. Consequently, a 9 and not a 10.

Smooth running belt, of course in the forest
On hard surfaces, you feel the studs move a little.

Carcass delivers on it’s promise but puncture protection makes very hard to install.
I wanted a light fast Nobby Nic with extra puncture protection for marathon riding, so this seems perfect. However the bead to bead snakeskin makes the bead spring off the rim during installation. A bit of a pain in the butt but worth persisting with.

Poor puncture resistance
Drove a few kilometres with it and immediately a 0.5x0.5cm hole. The Super Ground casing is not so puncture-resistant after all. The soft rubber ensures good grip, but also allows small twigs to make a big cut.
