Nice design but the control mechanism is plastic. Especially when it is cold it breaks off. For this money you may expect that a manufacturer has done some endurance testing.

Sat on my bike quickly and looks very neat. Unfortunately, when calling the plastic button on the spring sometimes shoots crooked. Then I can no longer ring properly. With some fiddling I can get it right again. But it is not ideal. Despite the fiddling, he is not yet broken. Otherwise a fine bell with clear sound.

Nice bike bell that is almost "invisible" on a road bike. However, the spring is problematic, as previously posted in reviews. It gets so warped that the bell simply no longer works. Silly design flaw, because otherwise it would be a topper.

Have had the bell for about 2 weeks now, on a mountain bike ride some mud got between it and then it didn't ring so well anymore. cleaned it again afterwards with compressor and now everything is okay again. that's why I would advise to only use it on a road bike

Nice bell, fits well on handlebars, hardly noticeable and rings well! Good sound. With my previous bell only after 2 years the little hammer broke off. Hopefully this one will last longer.

in January 2019 bought the bell , after a 3/4 year spring broken / gone , for warranty got a new one, unfortunately now september 12 again the same problem, want to call , but unfortunately the spring jumps away again. with the few times I have to call it is clear to me that I no longer recommend this beautiful bell to buy. a simple free NFTU bell has been doing perfectly for years!

Just do it, functional and nice and tight on the handlebars. Had read the reviews on the internet, soft sound, breaks down quickly. If you use it normally there is nothing wrong. The bell broke after the second day. The spring is very fragile and bent very quickly. And the button at the end of the spring dislodged. The doorbell is now unusable. The design is very nice, and it's very tempting to buy it (which I did, despite the negative reviews), but really don't make the same mistake. Much too fragile.

If only I had read the reviews earlier: indeed too soft sound and not durable. Biked with it 4 times and the spring is already "stretched" because you have to push the hammer too far away to get an audible "pinggg". In short: leave this product on the shelf and just go for a BBB Loud&Clear or Noisy Brass. Maybe a little less pretty, but they do work.

It has lasted me a day. I rang it 5 times in a row to warn some sheep I had on the road, and the spring has bent away from the bell, so now it is almost impossible to ring it.
