Bike cycles fine. Light in terms of cycling without a motor. Services in shop, could be more customer friendly in terms of customer. Advice service turn after 500 km and then 1 year later. Is understandable, but that immediately costs money was unexpected. Too bad you can't call the shop directly with questions, but always have to call customer service. We really had to ask for an explanation from an employee ourselves.

Good solid bike

Very good bike with powerful motor. Rides fine. Just a pity it didn't come with a manual. Not that it is a complicated device, but I have yet to figure out how to set the odometer to 0. And just information. How to adjust the bike and how the lights work.
