The open drivetrain with rear derailleur is a bit more sensitive to dirt and therefore requires some maintenance.
Headset suspension is slightly less comfortable than a traditional front fork suspension.
The non-suspension front fork means this bike is somewhat less comfortable on bumpy roads, but does also require less maintenance than a suspension front fork.
The cables don't immediately enter the frame, which makes your handlebars look a little cluttered.
The unsprung fork and seatpost may offer less comfort on very uneven roads, but contribute to the bike's lighter weight.
