With the Gazelle Chamonix T10 HMS, you'll actually want to do more kilometres. Because with a sporty look, plenty of comfort and a wide gear range, this is the ideal partner on the way to the office or on a recreational bike ride.
Sportiveness and comfort: for a pleasant riding experience
Sportiness as well as comfort, that's what Gazelle's Chamonix line is known for. So too is the Gazelle Chamonix T10 HMS. With a sporty frame, on which you have a slightly bent and active riding position, you have an e-bike with excellent handling. The comfort of this bike is mainly caused by 50 mm wide tyres, a suspension fork in the steering head and a suspension seat post. For a pleasant recreational bike ride, you'll be fine with this bike.
Ideal e-bike technology for a touring bike
The great Shimano STEPS E6100 mid-drive motor with 60Nm of power torque, is perfect for an electric touring bike. The power delivery is very gradual, so you won't get incredibly powerful pedal assistance immediately when you ride off. Furthermore, the peak power is relatively high, giving you a lot of assistance for a short time. Great for getting up that little hill. Furthermore, you can choose between a 504Wh and a 630Wh battery. These allow you to enjoy a proverbial push for 160 or 180 kilometres respectively. With this e-bike, you will therefore be perfectly equipped to complete your commute or a scenic tour in a relaxed manner.

The Gazelle Chamonix T10 HMS features a 10 speed rear derailleur. This gives a wide gear range and sporty shifting characteristics. However, because a derailleur drivetrain is up and exposed, it does suffer a bit more from dirt and associated wear. That this electric bike is of hydraulic disc brakes is, of course, very nice. After all, these types of brakes are known to deliver the most braking power, are easy to dose and work very well under all conditions. This e-bike will therefore save you from precarious situations with ease.
Complete equipment
Of course, a high-quality electric touring bike like this should have a solid set-up. That you have access to a good lighting set and a strong lock will therefore not surprise anyone. You should also have a robust carrier, a sturdy stand and good mudguards. This way, you can cycle towards the horizon on your new e-bike with peace of mind.
