As a result, Polar states that the product is water-resistant up to 30 metres deep. In practice, this means that you can go swimming with this product, but it would not be recommendable to actually dive to a depth of 30 metres with it!

The ANT+ connectivity allows you to connect this device to other devices that use the ANT+ protocol. Thus, products from different manufacturers can be linked smoothly. Have used this heart rate belt extensively for a good 4 years now. I think it has now given up its life. The strap on which the meter sits is very robust and after 4 years there is still nothing to see. Replacing the batteries is very easy. Easy to pair via Bluetooth and just does what it is supposed to do: measure your heart rate.
