In the Polar Beat app you will find real-time heart rate monitoring, training goals and guidance, and performance analysis. Users also have access to Polar Flow for more extensive data analysis and an overview of progress over a longer period of time. Technology
Waterproof, suitable for swimmingThe Polar H9 is suitable for use during long swims. Polar has not had an independent party test the product for water resistance, which is why it doesn't have an official IP rating; yet Polar has done a lot of testing itself. As a result, Polar states that the product is water-resistant up to 30 metres deep. In practice, this means that you can go swimming with this product, but it would not be recommendable to actually dive to a depth of 30 metres with it!
ANT+
The ANT+ connectivity allows you to connect this device to other devices that use the ANT+ protocol. Thus, products from different manufacturers can be linked smoothly. Many cycle computers and compatible sensors feature this wireless technology through which all your sensors and devices can exchange data easily, enabling you to have all your data in the right place.
Bluetooth
Thanks to the Bluetooth connectivity you can easily connect this product to most smartphones and view your training data in all your favourite fitness apps, such as Strava, Runkeeper, Endomondo and Wahoo Fitness.

Good, widely applicable heart rate monitor at a favorable price
I use it for hiking, mountain biking and for fitness group classes. It works well with my sports watch and cell phone app(s). The results are very accurate. Good value for money!

Solid product that does what it should do: measure your heart rate.
Have used this heart rate belt extensively for a good 4 years now. I think it has now given up its life. The strap on which the meter sits is very robust and after 4 years there is still nothing to see. Replacing the batteries is very easy. Easy to pair via Bluetooth and just does what it is supposed to do: measure your heart rate.

Great to use during any workout. Much more accurate than measurement at the wrist. Several tests possible that are only available with monitor are useful for recovery indication.

Excellent heart rate meter
The strap of a Polar H10 is just a bit firmer and the clasp is just a bit less. But otherwise a fine strap that is easy to adjust and comfortable to wear. I used to have a Garmin but the strap broke after a year and the battery was very difficult to replace. I do hope that this gauge lasts longer than the previous Polar wall, which broke after more than 2 years.
