Maintaining the battery
Charge your battery, if possible, at room temperature. In freezing temperatures, we recommend taking the battery indoors. Do not store the battery when empty. If you plan not to use your e-bike for an extended period of time, we recommend storing the battery around 60% full and around room temperature. Recharge the battery occasionally (once a month) to ensure the shelf life of the battery.

Maintenance of shifter parts and brakes
We recommend cleaning the chain and derailleur regularly, for optimal longevity and efficiency. Be sure to clean the hydraulic disc brakes as little as possible, as contamination with grease and detergents can be detrimental to braking performance. If you want to clean the brake discs, we recommend doing so with a dry sheet of paper towels. Try not to touch the brake discs with your fingers when doing so.

Tyre pressure
Having the right tyre pressure is important. Having the wrong tyre pressure can lead to flat tyres, increased wear, rim damage with low pressure and uncomfortable riding. For most e-bikes, tyre pressure is about 3.5 to 6 bar. You can always see on the side of your tyre what the pressure of your bike tyres should be.
