Easy to mount
Mounting is incredibly easy thanks to stable and highly adhesive Velcro straps on the top tube and the seat tube of the bicycle. When cycling, the bag is very stable on your racing or mountain bike.
Lots of space!
The four-litre Ortlieb Frame-Pack Top Tube offers enough space for heavy equipment such as tent poles, tools or provisions, which is stored with a low centre of gravity on the wheel. The bag isn't the only thing that is waterproof, the zipper as well. That's why you'll even be able to cross a river on the Bikepackaging tour.

Beautiful bag. Practical to use, waterproof

Not cheap but you get top quality
Great for the extra luggage space during a bikepacking trip. The 4L variant was just a bit too big for my 54 frame, so the 3L option was a nice solution. The zip now goes a bit stiff at the beginning, but this could possibly ease after opening and closing it a few times. It also stays really firmly in place and, like the rest of the orlieb bikepacking set, is completely waterproof. All in all very satisfied.

It fits an amazing amount. At first, I had structured it, but that was quickly taken over by "everything-what-you-can-cram-in", quite handy because you can easily access it with the disproportionate zip. The size of the 4L version is a thing though, it fits fine on my old randonneur bike (what the bag is meant for), but on none of the more recent ones...(56, M). I guess the 3L would be a good alternative then. A 0.5L water bottle would still fit just below it on the angled tube and a 0.8L on the seat tube.
