I have used this cleaner for more than a year. I am very happy with it. If you want your breaks working well, regular clean-up of the rotors is required. This cleaner is from a good brand and works very well. It lasts me about 10 clean-ups. Spray it from both sides of the rotor, both front and rear rotor. Let is work for few seconds to dissolve the dirt and then wipe it off with a lint-free cloth. Use gloves not to touch the rotor by accident (rotors don't like skin oil). I use disposable paper tissues. Make sure to dispose of them then correctly (black bin in Ireland), as brake dust is a nasty thing.

Used this brake cleaner on my mountain bike and it took away all my braking power. As a result, I now have to get new pads and probably a new disc as well.

Just spray on the brakes let them dry and clean with a clean cloth, to my surprise the annoying squeaking was a thing of the past.
