MET Rivale MIPS Road Bike Helmet

The MET Rivale MIPS is a road cycling helmet that perfectly combines an agressive look with superior performance. This new model is safer, and more comfortable and efficient, than its predecessor.

In-mold construction and MIPS fall protection
The MET Rivale MIPS features an In-mold construction, in which the polycarbonate shell and EPS lining are bound together. That makes this road cycling helmet stronger and lighter. MIPS fall protection has been added too, for improved safety. MIPS technology better absorbs the rotational force and side impacts which occur during a fall, reducing the risk of brain damage.

Perfect, and comfortable, fit
The outstanding fit of the MET Rivale MIPS is mostly thanks to the Safe-T Upsilon Fit system. The system uses a 360° headband, which achieves exactly the right amount of tightness around the head. The helmet is comfortable and stable on your head, and annoying pressure points are a thing of the past. The fit can be further personalised via vertical adjustment, and it's ponytail compatible. The soft padding provides added comfort, and is removable so that you can hand wash it.

18 ventilation holes for improved cooling
The MET Rivale MIPS features 18 ventilation holes and internal air channels. This aids airflow into and out of the helmet, keeping you cool. The ventilation holes on the front are wider and longer, which improves the ventilating capacity, and they also serve as a handy place to dock your riding glasses. The helmet has a NACA ventilation opening at the back which has a lower and more tubular profile, making the MET Rivale MIPS more aerodynamic.
