Good helmet, light may not be effective

This is a large fitting helmet - I am usually at the upper end of the biggest size range but for this helmet I was at the lower end. Perhaps as a result of this, it's more bulky than is currently fashionable. However, it fits me well and was instantly comfortable out of the box without any adjustment. Weight is low and ventilation seems better than my previous Mavic lid. I'm a bit paranoid about being visible as a cyclist so I liked the rear light feature but I'm not sure whether it's bright enough to make a difference except in the darkest conditions.

Nice helmet

This is a really nice helmet. Nice and lightweight with great ventilation. Setting up was easy and looks good on. I have a fairly small head with slim face (but massive ears!) and I think it still looks good. Others may not but what the hell! I did try a couple of more expensive helmets in a shop along with this model and can't question the quality and value for money. Great price on Mantel too
