The Lapierre Crosshill 3.0 is an excellent gravel bike for anyone who loves challenging kilometres.
Comfortable riding
Lapierre has designed a gravel bike that you can go either way with. A fine gravel geometry, decent equipment and hydraulic disc brakes will give you many enjoyable kilometres.
If you want a taste of riding over gravel on a very solid bike, the Lapierre Crosshill 3.0 is an excellent choice for you.
The basis of this gravel bike is the aluminum frame. Lapierre uses a lightweight aluminum frame, so you can steer very stable and direct.This frame is specially designed for gravel riding, so you can ride comfortably even on the trickier trails. The cables run through the frame, so they are well protected against stones and other dirt. For just that extra bit of comfort, Lapierre has mounted a front fork, which handles uneven road surfaces excellently. Moreover, the Crosshill 3.0 has several mudgaurds and mounting points, making this bike also very suitable for longer bike rides.
Sturdy parts
Shifting gears on this gravel bike are done with the Shimano Tiagra gear group. This gear group shifts properly and will last a long time. On this gravel bike, you have access to 20 gears and an 11-34 cassette. This ensures an enormous gear range, so you will also be able to hold your own on steeper gravel roads. For braking, you can rely on Shimano hydraulic disc brakes. These deliver a lot of braking power, even in poor conditions. Plus, these brakes are excellent to modulate, allowing you to attack corners safely and precisely.
Good gravel tyres
For the tyres, Lapierre chose the WTB Riddler gravel tyre. This tyre has an excellent all-round profile. This provides plenty of grip and low rolling resistance so you can tear across the strips quickly and safely.
