Maintenance of shifting parts and brakes
We recommend cleaning the chain and derailleur regularly to maximize life and efficiency. We also recommend cleaning the hydraulic disc brakes as little as possible, because contamination with grease and cleaning agents can adversely affect the braking properties. If you want to clean the brake discs, use a dry paper towel and try not to touch the brake discs with your fingers.

Tyre pressure
Having the correct tyre pressure is important. Incorrect tyre pressure can lead to punctures, increased wear, damage to the rim at low pressure and uncomfortable driving. On most hybrid bicycles, the tyre pressure is about 3.5 to 6 bar. On the sidewall of your tyre you can always see what the pressure of your bicycle tyres should be.
