De Contend SL 2 is uitgerust met de Shimano Tiagra aandrijflijn, deze is gecombineerd met een 50/34 compact crankstel en een 11 x 32 cassette. Hierdoor heb je altijd het juiste verzet tot beschikking, of je nou in Nederland een sprint naar het volgende plaatsnaambord wilt winnen of in de Alpen gaat klimmen.
