Description
The Giant Allure CS 1 is Giant's city bike for women who are looking for a fast and high-quality city bike that has a classy look. And as this Allure is a city bike it is maintenance poor as well. Making it a perfect bike for all your rides.
The Allure's frame is specifically designed for women. The sitting position is comfortable and with the adjustable stem you can also set it to a more sporty position. The fixed front fork gives less comfort than a sprung front fork, but ensures a low weight and direct steering behaviour. This also helps keep the price down a little, making Liv able to mount beautiful high quality parts on the rest of this Allure CS 1.
The Gates belt transmission is used more and more on high-end city bikes. This belt is light, strong, efficient, quiet and low maintenance. Making this Allure ride even better, helped by the Alfine 8 speed hub. This makes this Allure pedal almost as light as a derailleur bike, but with the low maintenance character of a city bike.
The hydraulic disc brakes offer a lot of braking power. Enabling you to keep up the pace in busy city traffic as you know you'll come to a top in time. Ideal. All in all, the Liv Allure CS 1 is one of the fastest and finest women's bikes, while having a low-maintenance character.
