With built-in GPS, the watch provides reliable data on each running session, swimming activity or bike ride, and helps you to recover more efficiently with data on your sleep, general stress and daily activities. Activity tracking
The Forerunner 165 Music watch has more than 25 built-in GPS and indoor sports apps and proposes a workout every day that is customised to your performance and current recovery status. During an activity, it keeps you informed of all relevant statistics thanks to the use of GPS and constant optical heart rate monitoring. After a workout, it displays the training effect of your most recent activity and how it affects your fitness. Finally, the watch also keeps track of your activities when you're not working out, such as counting your steps and the calories you burn every day.

Fitness and recovery
Besides tracking activity, the Forerunner 165 also helps you by providing insight into your recovery. For example, it keeps you updated on your HRV status, stress level, blood oxygen saturation, VO2 max, physical energy level and sleep pattern. Besides an overall sleep score, the watch also provides information on any naps and the various sleep stages that may help improve your sleep quality.

Colour display and battery life
The Forerunner 165 Music sports watch features a 1.2 inch AMOLED colour display with a resolution of 390x390 pixels, a touchscreen and an optional Always-On mode. Moreover, it is waterproof up to 5 ATM and has a battery life of up to 11 days in smartwatch mode. With the included USB-C cable, it can be easily recharged.

This versatile watch gives you endless possibilities when it comes to monitoring activity and recovery, and also offers other smartwatch functionalities!
